Beautiful Beaches

Kim Bong Carpentry Village
Take the local ferry from Bach Dang Street, next to the Central Market in Hoi An (see map for directions) over to beautifully rural Cam Kim lsland, the home of Kim Bong Carpentry Village. Famed as traditional wood carvers, the village came to prominence many centuries ago for their skills in making the merchants houses and public buildings in Hoi An & Hue city. Nowadays, you can add boat building to their many talents! Best visited by bicycle.
Thanh Ha Pottery Village
Just a short 3 km bicycle ride away from Hoi An Thanh Ha Village started life in the 16th century and was famous for earthenware products These days, the villagers continue with their craft, making plates, bowls, ornaments and the infamous day whistles! You can even have a try on the pottery wheel in one of the many local houses
