Beautiful Beaches
Both An Bang Beach (4kms) and Cua Dai Beach (15kms) are within easy reach from Hoi An and are an easy bicycle ride or a short hop by taxi away. Cam Thanh Commune

Kim Bong Carpentry Village
Take the local ferry from Bach Dang Street, next to the Central Market in Hoi An (see map for directions) over to beautifully rural Cam Kim lsland, the home of Kim Bong Carpentry Village. Famed as traditional wood carvers, the village came to prominence many centuries ago for their skills in making the merchants houses and public buildings in Hoi An & Hue city. Nowadays, you can add boat building to their many talents! Best visited by bicycle.
Thanh Ha Pottery Village
Just a short 3 km bicycle ride away from Hoi An Thanh Ha Village started life in the 16th century and was famous for earthenware products These days, the villagers continue with their craft, making plates, bowls, ornaments and the infamous day whistles! You can even have a try on the pottery wheel in one of the many local houses
Tra Que Herb & Vegetable Village
Fresh local herbs play an very important part in Vietnamese cuisine. Tra Que supplies these in abundance. Play farmer for the day with a visit to these incredible organic herb & vegetable gardens. Go after 2pm to see the real local farmers in action.
