APEC Summit 2017 to be held in Da Nang

Rotated yearly among APEC members, the 29th meeting of APEC leaders – The Summit 2017 – will be held in Da Nang city, Vietnam. The new International Passenger Terminal in Da Nang Airport has been started its construction works, being ready the APEC summit (Top photo)

Established in November 1989, APEC now comprises 21 economies, representing around 39 % the world population, 57 % total global GDP and 47 per cent of world trade. As of November 2015, APEC members are  listed below:
