Klevan contains the ruins of Klevan Castle, whose construction began in 1475 and was eventually completed in 1561. The town also houses the Church of the Annunciation with a bell tower dating back to 1630, as well as the Church of the Nativity, which was built in 1777. There is also Klevan Railway station, which connects the town with the oblast’s administrative center Rivne and Kivertsi, as well as a woodworking plant and food-processing facilities.
An amusement railway (and walkway for lovers) called Tunnel of Love (railway) is also located near Klevan.
The Tunnel of Love is a section of industrial railway located near Klevan, Ukraine, that links it with Orzhiv. It is a railway surrounded by green arches and is three to five kilometers in length. The Tunnel of Love in Kleven Ukraine was given this name because of the beautiful natural green arches you go through while traveling on the train. The locals gave the tunnel this name because they consider it so special. The Tunnel of Love is visited by many couples who believe that if they make a wish here, if their love is sincere, their wishes will come true.
The photographs taken by Oleg Gordienko were captured in different seasons, but unfortunately not much information was given. It is however, obvious from the photographs that the tunnel is all natural and not very long in length. The beauty of the Tunnel of Love has captured a lot of attention not only for photographers but also for couples to take a romantic walk or for kids to play.
