Tennis Tournament of Pattaya Open 2014 Ready to Play

The Professional Women’s Tennis Tournament PTT Pattaya Open 2014 will take place  from the 26th January to the 2nd February 2014 at the 5-star Dusit Thani Hotel (this is one of best hotels in Pattaya as well in Thailand). There will be an exciting line-up of stars set to play at one of the longest running events on the WTA Tour.

The 2014 PTT Pattaya Tennis Open is a women’s professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the 23rd edition of the PTT Pattaya Open and is part of the International category on the 2014 WTA Tour.

In this season of 2014 Pattaya Tennis Open, the prize money has been increased to US$ 250,000. Also all the match courts has been rebuilt, with better and more comfortable stands for spectators for the competition.

The PTT Pattaya Open tournament becomes synonymous with “tennis by the sea” concept. This is still unique on the professional women’s tennis tours.  The tournament is played in a five-star hotel with a seaside location, where the tennis courts almost touch the sea. On windy days, you can feel the seawater spray on your face and can hear the sound of the waves hitting the sand on the beach nearby.
